This company is a total scam. They fail to deliver items. Payments are only accepted through bank transfers. Communication is non-existent. There’s no phone number listed on their site. Be cautious!!! AVOID USING THEM.

Jas crafted a custom hand-blown glass chandelier for us. It showed up securely packed, and my first thought was, how in the world do I tackle all these pieces of glass! Once I started putting the glass onto the frame using the instructions, the chandelier started to come together 😅. It looks absolutely stunning, and we've received tons of compliments from customers who see it in our entrance hall! All our inquiries were handled professionally, and we got the help we needed. Definitely 5-star material.

What can I say other than 👏 I got the Radial Branch Chandelier and it’s just perfect, even better than I imagined. The price of the original David W chandelier was sky-high, and I wouldn’t have been able to swing it if it weren't for this Lighting store.

I really wish I could share some pics in this review because the beauty of this piece is just off the charts. It’s as stunning as the David W version. Plus, it’s custom-made! I had the porcelain flowers done in pink and purple instead of the standard white for just a tiny extra fee.

I’m super thrilled with the glass chandeliers I got! I received a quote from a different company, and it was nearly three times what I spent here, plus they wanted me to wait four months! But at Jas Boutique, I only had to hang tight for five weeks. No complaints from me!

I feel compelled to share our awful experience with this company. Seriously, steer clear of paying via bank transfer. The fact that this was our only payment method should've raised a red flag, as it limits your options for recourse through section 75 chargeback. Once you get your terrible product, good luck trying to get a refund; your emails will just vanish into thin air.

Oh, and don’t expect a phone number for this 'business'—the address is just a mail forwarding PO Box. It’s all set up to dodge any responsibility for the inevitable letdown you’ll face with the product.

What you’ll receive is a knockoff of a well-known brand that bears no resemblance to the pictures advertised. It’s a shoddy imitation made from cheap materials (think flimsy aluminum instead of iron, poorly done welds, and missing parts), and it’ll look downright embarrassing in your home.

Plus, despite their claims that the electrics meet UK standards, our electrician quickly deemed it unsafe to install without major repairs (basically a complete overhaul).

We’re now stuck in a legal battle trying to recover nearly 2k in expenses. Emails go unanswered, and unfortunately, Action Fraud and UK Trading Standards are looking into this company after our complaint, along with others.

If you check their Companies House entry, you’ll find a company with hardly any funds or assets, clearly operating outside the law (I wish we had done this before buying!).

They are a scam. Honestly, after looking at other reviews here, the patterns are so suspicious that I can only conclude they’re as fake as the products this company sells.

Please, don’t make the same mistake we did. Stay away from this company and their cheap, unsafe products.

My clients have always been pleased with the lighting options. Any minor problems are sorted out quickly and without hassle. I would definitely suggest this company.

I placed an order for 2 Kevin Reilly Hemel altar chandeliers. There was a bit of a hold-up due to the coronavirus since I ordered right before the initial UK lockdown. However, the manager kept me in the loop, and when my order finally arrived, it was all top-notch.
